I think you aren't going to make any profit. Here's the iPhone availability in Illinois Apple stores tomorrow:
The iPhone, as neat as it is, is not a Wii. Apple has 3 million iPhones in the pipeline to sell in July. The only way a non-idiot pays more than retail for an iPhone is if they need one right now and don't live near either an AT&T store or an Apple store. On the apple.com store iPhones have a 2-4 week lead time.
FYI - Three million iPhones will bring Apple & AT&T $1.725 billion in revenue.
PS - I really want my Treo 650 to die so I can rationalize buying one.
UPDATE: Yeah, I was wrong. I bought into the 3 million phone story.
