My main desktop PC, a three year old Dell, has gone kaput. It appears that something on the motherboard has broken and I now get random blue screens. That's why I haven't been posting this week. I bought a bunch of parts from Newegg and hopefully the new PC will be up and running by Wednesday.
I've been using my MacBook more, this has helped move along my Mac transition. I'm going to un-Bootcamp the MacBook & use the XP Media Center license I bought last fall on the new PC. Re-installing software is going to take hours.
I'm still looking for a Mac equivalent for Irfanview, which is a great PC image viewer & simple image editor. It's great for formatting pictures for blog posting.
